We are encouraged to hear how the Lord moves through testimonies

and blessed to be a part of Gods work in the lives of others.

Here is one expressed from a mother in writing that we’d like to share…

“As Christians, we often do ministries and never get to see the fruit born from the seeds we’ve either planted or nurtured. We persevere, faithful that God will bring in the harvest, in His time and in His way. As a mother of one of the prisoners, I want to thank you for your time and commitment to minister to my son and the other inmates. Your ministry has had a tremendous influence on my son and has really lightened the burden and grief of our family, knowing that truth is being spoken into his heart during this trial of his life. Not only are your programs allowing him the chance to grow in his knowledge of Scripture, they also allow him freedom to openly discuss his thoughts, questions and experiences. This has been life-changing for him. One day on the phone he told me, “”Mom, this is the first time I have felt like I can open up and share my feelings without being judged.”” On another occasion, after a class in the addiction program he exclaimed, “”I had to tell my story, and I was surprised to find that I enjoyed sharing it.”” Who knows how the Lord will use that one day to help others who have struggled through what he has?
We are convinced, as never before, in the power and importance of prison ministry, where inmates have nothing but time on their hands to contemplate their past mistakes and their hopes and change for the future. You are truly making a difference. The potential for this ministry continues to grow as a lost souls around the nation are overflowing into our crowded jails.

Please pass on our deep gratitude and heart of thanks to all in your church to help with this ministry in anyway. I pray you will persevere in your faithfulness to witness to those in darkness about the light and hope of this world. Well done thy good and faithful servants!”
